logging calls
- Due diligence audits

- Payment mechanism reporting for PFI/MES contracts
- Equipment procurement comparisons and recommendations
- Equipment lease structures, analysis and
recommendations
- Equipment maintenance analysis and contract
negotiation
- Equipment life cycle replacement analysis
and proposals
- Planned preventative maintenance arrangements
- Performance reporting
- Budget setting, analysis and reporting
